What is the "AFTPM":


AFTPM, created in 2007, aims to promote and defend the independent exercise of the profession of Third Party Marketer (TPM).
It brings together several teams of experienced and recognized professionals in the world of Asset Management.


The AFTPM established its Code of Ethics:
Activity is carried out under a written mandate, with and for the benefit of Asset Management Companies, in the interest of Investors, with transparent and honest practices as required of all participants related to Asset Management.


The activity of TPM:
Activity involves only Qualified Investors, as defined in sections D. 411-1 to D.411.4 of the "Code Monétaire et Financier".

Each TPM:

  • Provides the commercial development of asset management companies
  • Supports the marketing, customer service, and sales promotion of these companies and their funds on an exclusivel basis for a defined geographic area.
  • Is paid exclusively by its Asset Management Companies.
